Our engine test facility is load-cell rated for Turbofans up to 75,000lbf thrust. It is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art ASE2000 fully integrated control, instrumentation, data acquisition and analysis system.

 

As well as providing full FADEC interface, the ASE2000 also provides customers with TEMPER reports and is equipped with the PBS4100 Test Cell Vibration & Analysis System for engine trim balancing. A dedicated Trend Monitoring PC captures and monitors engine trending data.

 

Engines are delivered into the C1A-120K Thrust Stand via a monorail system utilising an "Autograb" device which is a safe and efficient way of lifting and manoeuvreing engines from preparation to test.

 

Engines are protected from fire in the main cell with a water fog deluge system, and an under-cowl suppression and back-up system. All our test equipment is fitted with under-cowl temperature sensors.
