The Minister was presented an overview of LTQ Engineering’s short but successful history in developing a globally competitive engine overhaul facility in Victoria, followed by a facility tour accompanied by CEO Marek Wernicke (right), Albert Mc- Cormack, Head of Commercial at LTQ (left), and the management team.

The visit was an opportunity for the Victorian Government to learn more about the capabilities of LTQ Engineering and its importance in the engine overhaul market in Australia. LTQ also presented the high level technology and the quality of workmanship as well as its commitment to the ongoing development of aviation skills and technology in Australia.

During his visit the Minister complimented LTQ on the successful formation of a multicultural workforce and also its commitment to offer apprenticeships which is seen as an important investment in the future. LTQ Engineering believes that this visit will provide the Minister with an appreciation of the highly specialized nature of the work performed by the company and will strengthen the relationship between both parties to seek areas for future cooperation to further develop the aviation industry in Australia.
