The first milestone of our quality assurance program was reached with the issue by CASA of a certificate of approval for CFM56-3 works, on 26 November, 2004.
Additional approval was gained for CF6-80C2 on 5 April, 2005.
A full FAA audit was conducted in August 2005, and LTQ was approved as a foreign repair station on 27 September, 2005.
In May 2006, CASA approved LTQ for CFM56-7 Engine Test.
In November 2006, a CAAC onsite audit was conducted. In January 2007 LTQ gained
CAAC CCAR Part 145 Maintenance Organisation accreditation (F06100458) with
Limited Ratings for Powerplant :
CFM56-3 and CF6-80C2 series engines and
components.
